Life can get very stressful, even overwhelming at times. These 3 R’s are great reminders: Relax, Refresh, Renew…do something just for you. Last night I treated myself to some well deserved time just for myself – to escape the cares of this place. I went to see a movie and had the wonderful experience of having the entire auditorium all to myself. Yes, I was the only one in the cinema theater. It was awesome. Movie popcorn is the best and my company is GREAT! I also had my favorite grape drink…because I deserved that too. I’m more refreshed to face today. What will you do just for you today???
